Attach a suitable lifting device onto travel motor (7). The weight of travel motor (7) is approximately 86 kg (190 lb). Lower travel motor (7) between frame (8) and tire (9) .

Note: Check the O-ring seal for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seal.
Securely attach travel motor (7) to Tooling (B). The weight of travel motor (7) is approximately 86 kg (190 lb). Install the O-ring seal on travel motor (7). Use Tooling (B) and position travel motor (7) on the machine. Install top bolts (4) .

Install bottom bolts (6). Connect hose assembly (5). Tighten top bolts (4) and bottom bolts (6) to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).

Position tube assemblies (2). Install clips (3) .

Connect tube assemblies (2). Connect hose assembly (1) .

Remove the air supply from Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (A) from the hydraulic tank.
