An additional 0.5 hours of labor will be allowed for quick coupler tube installation if quick coupler lines were factory installed
Note: An additional 0.5 hours of labor will be allowed for high pressure tube installation if high pressure lines were factory installed.

PARTS DISPOSITION
Cut through the pivot casting on each side of the stick so that the stick is rendered useless. Take pictures of the cut stick and a readable stick serial number tag. Attach the pictures of the cut stick and the stick serial number tag to SIMSi when submitting the warranty claim. Then handle the parts in accordance with your warranty bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Replace the failed stick with a new 365-7149 Stick and Bearing Assembly. Refer to the disassembly and assembly manual for more information.
2. Install the 6I-5140 Hose Assembly (A), (2) 033-8248 Clips (B), (2) 8T-4121 Washers (C), (2) 8T-4133 Nuts (D) and a 2N-1931 Elbow (E) on the stick for the stick cylinder grease line.
Note: Do NOT re-use the existing hose on the original stick as the hose length and routing has changed.
