Apply Tooling (B) and then apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (29). Install two bolts (29) .

Apply Tooling (D) to pin assembly (27). Align the cab with the rear frame. Install pin assembly (27) .
Install bolt (28) to pin assembly (27) .
Repeat Step 9 and Step 10 for the other side pin.

Install plate assembly (23) inside the cab. Install service brake control valve (25) and two nuts (26) .

Position plate assembly (23). Install four bolts (24) .

Connect ten hose assemblies (21) to the bulkhead.
Connect fire suppression hose (22) to the bulkhead.

Install earth wire assembly (19) .and bolt (20) .

Position clips (18) and install the two bolts.

Connect heater hose assemblies (16) and (17) .
Connect refrigerant hose assemblies (11) and (12) .
Connect electrical connectors (13), (14) and (15). Install the covers in position over the electrical connectors.

Install cover (10) and cover (9) .

Connect electrical connector (8) .

Install pressurizer assembly (7), four bolts (6) and the nuts.

Position fender (5) and install the four bolts and nuts (4) .

Install handrail (2) and install four bolts (3) .
Charge the air conditioning system. Refer to Specifications, Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, Disassembly and Assembly, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating R-134a for all Caterpillar Machines", "Refrigerant System - Evacuate" for the correct procedure.
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" or Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the proper filling procedure.End By:
Install the seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Seat - Install".
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
