Attach a suitable lifting device to hold radiator (14) in a steady position. Install side plates (15) using a strap to hold them in position.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (14). Set radiator (14) and side plates (15) into the bottom plate and install bolts (16) .
Remove Tooling (B) and the strap installed in step 1.

Install top plate (13) and bolts (12) .

Install bolts (11) .

Install coolers (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device around shunt tank (6) in order to lift shroud (9) into position. The weight of shroud (9) is approximately 34 kg (76 lb). Install bolts (7) .
With shroud (9) in place, install bolts (8) .

With shroud (9) slightly raised remove Tooling (A) and install Tooling (C) so the radiator group is properly balanced.

Remove lifting device from shunt tank (6) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to shroud (4). The weight of shroud (4) is approximately 34 kg (76 lb)Position shroud (4) and install bolts (5) .
Connect tube assemblies (3) .

Install clip (2) and bolts (1) .
