Information:

13. Disconnect two rod assemblies (16) and (17) from the bellcranks for the hydraulic controls.14. Disconnect governor control rod (15) at the bellcrank that is fastened to the bracket on the dash.15. Disconnect positive battery cable (19) from the electric starting motor. Disconnect wire harness (18) for the back-up warning alarm.16. Turn cock (23) and valve (24) to the "OFF" position. 17. Remove clip (21) and clip (22). Disconnect hose (20) at the water pump adapter. Disconnect hose (25) from the valve in the bonnet for the transmission oil coller. 18. Disconnect tube assemblies (28) and (29) for the oil and fuel pressure gauges.19. Remove inlet tube assembly (30) from the pump. Remove water temperature sending unit line (27). Remove bolt (26) that holds the clip for the battery cable. Move the battery cable away from the engine. 20. Disconnect fuel line (31) from the fuel filter base.21. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. 22. Remove four bolts (35) and two bolts (33). Remove tube assembly (34) and tube assembly (32). Remove the support for the tube assemblies from the cylinder head. 23. Fasten a hoist to air assembly (37). Disconnect hose (38) and hose (36) from the air cleaner assembly. Remove the four bolts that hold the air cleaner assembly to the inlet manifold. Remove the air cleaner assembly. The weight of the air cleaner assembly is 32 Kg (70 lb.). 24. Remove bracket (39) form the hydraulic tank. 25. Disconnect rod assembly (40) from the bellcrank in bracket (41). Remove bracket (41) from the dash.26. Remove the plate from the top of the dash inside of the cab. Disconnect the fuel pressure tube assembly from the gauge in the dash. Disconnect the tube assembly for the oil pressure from the gauge. Put identification on the tube assemblies and remove them from the dash. 27. Disconnect rod assemblies (42) and (43) from the bellcrank for the hydraulic controls. Put identification on the rods for correct installation. 28. Remove hose (44) from the breather group in the valve cover.29. Install tooling (A) in the cylinder head as shown. Fasten a hoist with chains and a spreader bar to the engine. The spreader bar will prevent damage to the turbocharger from the chains.30. Remove the two bolts and nuts that hold the engine front support to the frame of the machine.31. Remove the bolts on each side of the machine that hold the flywheel housing to the frame of the machine. Remove engine (45) from the machine. The weight of the engine, hydraulic tank and torque converter is 1360 Kg (3000 lb.). 32. Remove shims (46) at each rear position on the frame of the machine. Put identification on the shims for correct installation.Install Engine
1. Install original amount of shims (1) on each side of the frame of the machine at the rear. 2. Fasten a hoist to engine (2) and put it in position on the frame of the machine. Make sure the flywheel housing is in
