The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.Problem
The spring clamp may fail in the low-pressure lines on the machines listed above. The spring action band clamp may leak when hoses are manufactured at the minimum allowable outer diameter. Due to the minimum allowable outer diameter of the hose, hydraulic leaks may be found in low-pressure lines. Inspect the following low-pressure lines for leaks: oil cooler, auxiliary hydraulics, pilot shut-off, implement/charge pump, heater, and auxiliary cooler.Solution
If clamps are leaking, clamps should be replaced with worm driven clamps with a suitable internal diameter for the hose. Possible replacement part numbers are as follows:
433-0933 Clamp may be replaced with the 9X-2488
373-7621 Band Clamp may be replaced with the 436-3876
373-7622 Band Clamp may be replaced with the 8T-4983
373-7623 Band Clamp may be replaced with the 347-4163
