TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Start the engine and raise the bowl until the sliding floor is level. Move the floor to the rear. Put supports (1) under the bowl. Stop engine.2. Put blocks in front and behind the floor rollers to prevent the floor from moving. 3. Put a floor jack under the sliding floor link (4). Remove the bolt (2) and pin (3). Move the link free of the floor. 4. Put a floor jack under each side of the floor and lift the weight off the rollers.
TYPICAL EXAMPLE5. Remove the bolts and rollers from each side of the floor.6. Move the sliding floor down and free of the bowl with the floor jacks.Install Sliding Floor
1. Lift the floor into position under the bowl with the use of floor jacks. 2. Put the floor rollers on the floor and install three bolts for each roller. 3. Put the pin bores of the sliding floor link (3) and floor in alignment. Install the pin (2) in the bores and the bolt (1) in the pin.4. Remove the blocks from the rollers. Remove the floor jacks from under the floor. Remove the supports from under the bowl. 5. Check to make sure that the clearance (4) between the floor rollers and the bowl is .03 to .25 in. (0.8 to 6.3 mm). When one side is .25 in. (6.3 mm) the other side must not be more than .13 in. (3.3. mm).6. Check to make sure that the clearance (5) between the floor and bottom of the bowl side is .07 to .31 in. (1.8 to 7.9 mm).7. Check to make sure the clearance (6) between the floor insert and guide at two points with the floor closed is zero.
