2. Attach a strap and a suitable lifting device to the vibration damper and pulley. Remove six bolts (1) that hold vibration damper and pulley to the crankshaft.3. Remove vibration damper (2) and the pulley. The weight of the vibration damper is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). 4. Remove vibration damper (2) from pulley (3). The following steps are for installation of the vibration damper and pulley. 5. Put vibration damper (2) in position on pulley (3).6. Attach a hoist to the vibration damper and pulley. Use a 5/8 -18 NF x 152 mm (6 in) long Guide Bolt, and put the vibration damper and pulley in position on the crankshaft.7. Put a graphite base lubricant on the threads of the bolts, and install six bolts (1) that hold the vibration damper and pulley to the crankshaft. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 215 40 N m (159 30 lb ft).8. Install the fan belts. See the topic "Install Fan Drive" in this manual.
