Measure the inside diameter of lifting eye (1) at the widest point.

If diameter (A) exceeds the diameter listed in Table 1, the frame will need to be scrapped, or the lifting eye should be removed.
If diameter (A) is less than or equal to the diameter listed in Table 1, then the lifting eye can be rebuilt.Lifting Eye Rebuild Instructions
Pre-heat the iron that forms the lifting eye.
Fill weld the lifting eye hole and allow to cool naturally.
