Illustration 1. Former arrangement of water hose. (1) 2V-9121 Fitting. (2) 5W-8411 Hose. (3) 121-5949 Pipe. (4) 5W-8650 Hose Clamp. (5) 127-2840 Housing.Removal Procedure
1. Drain the coolant from the radiator into a suitable container. 2. Loosen the three 5W-8650 Hose Clamps.3. Remove short section of the 5W-8411 Hose, the 121-5949 Pipe, and the three 5W-8650 Hose Clamps from the long section of 5W-8411 Hose and the 2V-9121 Fitting.4. Remove 2V-9121 Fitting from the 127-2840 Housing.

1. Install the 2V-9121 Fitting into the 127-2840 Housing on the opposite side. 2. Attach the 5W-8411 Hose with one of the 5W-8650 Hose Clamps. 3. Tighten 5W-8650 Hose Clamps.
