Release the pressure in the hydraulic oil system.

Remove the magnet and sensor assembly (1) .

Disconnect hose assembly (2) .

Attach a suitable lifting device onto tilt cylinder (3) . The weight of tilt cylinder (3) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove pins (4) and remove tilt cylinder (3) .Installation Procedure
Install tilt cylinder (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Install shims, for the sensor assembly, in order to maintain a gap of 6 2 mm (0.24 0.07 inch).
