Personal injury or death can occur from heavy components falling during removal or installation.Properly support the component with a suitable lifting device during removal or installation.
Note: Use the following procedure for the removal of the rear cleaner bar on both sides of the machine.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to rear cleaner bar (1).
Position suitable cribbing under rear cleaner bar (1) for support during the removal procedure.

Remove bolts (2) .
Use the suitable lifting device to carefully remove rear cleaner bar (1) from the machine. The weight of rear cleaner bar (1) is approximately 416 kg (917 lb).Installation Procedure

Install rear cleaner bar (1) in the reverse order of removal.
