Remove two bolts (12) and the washers. Remove bracket (11) .

Attach Tooling (A) to the radiator. Use two 8 mm X 1.25 mm bolts to secure Tooling (A) to the radiator. Use nylon straps and a suitable lifting device to lift the radiator.
Remove four bolts (13). Remove the nuts and the washers. Remove radiator (14). The weight of the radiator is 16 kg (35 lb).

Remove twelve bolts (15). Remove two radiator brackets (16). Remove four radiator brackets (17) .Installation Procedure

Install radiator brackets (16) and (17) in position on radiator (14) .

Secure radiator brackets (16) and (17) with twelve bolts (15) .Note: Do not overtighten bolts (15) into radiator (14). Overtightening bolts will cause serious damage to the radiator.Note: If any of bolts (15) must be replaced, use new bolts of the same length. Using longer bolts will puncture the radiator.

Install two 8 mm X 1.25 mm bolts. Use Tooling (A) and nylon straps and place radiator assembly (14) into position in the machine.
Install four bolts (13) .

Install brackets (11). Secure brackets (11) with two bolts (12) .

Install shroud assembly (10). Secure shroud assembly (10) with six bolts (9) and the washers.

Connect hose (8). Secure hose (8) with hose clamp (7) .
Connect hose (6). Secure hose (6) with hose clamp (5) .
Connect hose (4). Secure hose (4) with hose clamp (3) .

Connect hose (2). Secure hose (2) with hose clamp (1).
Fill the radiator and purge all of the air from the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7137 for the proper procedure.End By:
