Problem
Former design switches used with EMS or hour meters sometimes have intermittent contacts making trouble shooting difficult and time consuming.
Action Required
Remove all 3T4418, 6T4949, 6T7663, 7T0988, and 9W3187 Switch Assemblies- Pressure from parts stock that have the former format of date code consisting of six letters or five numbers. Switches with the current date code consisting of four numbers should not be removed from parts stock.
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for 3T4418, 6T4949, 6T7663, 7T0988, and 9W3187 Switch Assemblies-Pressure removed from parts stock.
Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
