Use vibratory frequency switch (12) in order to set the vibratory system in the low frequency/high amplitude mode on both drums. Note: Two things indicate when the vibratory system is in the low frequency/high amplitude mode. First, "Vibratory Frequency Mode Low" will appear on the display. Second, one LED next to vibratory frequency switch (12) will be illuminated.

Use front drum select switch (13) in order to select the front drum.Note: Two things indicate when the machine is in both drums mode. First, "Vibe Drum Select Front" will appear on the display. Second, the center LED next to "front drum" select switch (13) will be illuminated.

Depress auto vibratory decrease switch (14) to select MANUAL.Note: Two things indicate when the machine is in the manual mode. First, "Vibe Turn On Speed % Manual" will appear on the display. Second, none of the LEDs next to auto vibratory decrease switch (14) will be illuminated.
Launch the Plus+1TM program on the computer in order to enable the vibe test mode.Note: First time users need to perform the tasks in the Communication and Connections Wizard. This wizard allows the Windows® operating system to recognize the USB device. Follow the on screen instructions.

Click on "Status" icon (15) .
Check "Active Codes" (16). Clear any open "Active Codes".

Click on "Hydraulics" (17) .
Click on "Vibe Test Mode" (18) .

Click on "Enable" icon (19) in order to enable the "Normal Vibe Test Mode".
When "Normal Vibe Test Mode" is in "Enabled" mode, the Plus+1TM program is launched.

Press vibratory control switch (20) on the propulsion lever. The vibratory control switch must be held in the ON position for at least 2 seconds for the vibratory system to actuate.
Watch pressure on Tool (A) for an initial abrupt increase. Record the highest pressure as the intercircuit relief setting. The intercircuit relief setting should be 25000 2000 kPa (3630 290 psi).
Use vibratory control switch (20) to stop the vibratory system.
Use throttle control switch (3) in order to operate the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.Note: Two things indicate when the engine is in ECO mode. First, "ECO" will appear on the display. Second, the second LED next to throttle control switch (3) will be illuminated. Two things indicate when the engine is at low idle. First, "Low Idle" will appear on the display. Second, the first LED next to the throttle control switch will be illuminated.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move engine start switch (4) to the OFF position.
If the pressure recorded at port "Mp" (10) is outside the specified range, go to Step 34. If the pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 37.

Loosen locknut (21) on the intercircuit relief valve. Rotate adjustment screw (22) clockwise in order to increase intercircuit relief pressure. Rotate the adjustment screw counterclockwise in order to decrease intercircuit relief pressure.
Hold adjustment screw (22) in place, and tighten locknut (21) to a torque of 12 N m (8.9 lb ft).
