Using a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) install engine (25). The weight of engine (25) is approximate 278 kg (612 lb).

Install mounts (24), washer (23), and nut (22).

Install harness assembly (18). Connect harness assemblies (19) and (17) .
Use Tooling (B) to install bolts (16). Install bolts (16). Connect pump stack (15). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 160 30 N m (118 22 lb ft).

Install p-clip (14) .
Connect harness assemblies (11) and (12). Install cable strap (13) .

Install ladder brackets (10). Connect harness assembly (9). Install cable strap (8) .

Install cover (7) .

Connect hose assemblies (5) and (6) .

Connect hose assemblies (3). Connect harness assemblies (1) and (2). Install cable strap (4) .
Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "All Products Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R134a for All Caterpillar Machines" for the charging procedures. Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.End By:
Tilt cab.
Install exhaust pipe.
Install radiator and hydraulic oil cooler.
Install refrigerant compressor.
Install electronic control module.
Install air cleaner.
