Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (3). The weight of tilt cylinder (2) is approximately 880 kg (1940 lb). Remove bolt (4) and plugs (5).

Use Tooling (B) to remove collet (6). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Use Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to remove front pin (7). The weight of front pin (7) is approximately 55 kg (121 lb).

Use Tooling (A), Tooling (D), and a suitable lifting device to secure tilt cylinder (3) to the ROPS.

Disconnect harness assembly (8). Remove clip (9). Remove bolts (10) and bolts (11). Remove tilt position sensor (12).

Disconnect hose assembly (13) and remove the connecting hardware.

Use Tooling (A) to allow tilt lever (1) to pivot into a vertical position.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt lever (1). The weight of tilt lever (1) is approximately 2504 kg (5520 lb).

When you are using hydraulic cylinders and puller studs, always ensure that the rated capacity of the puller stud meets or exceeds the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. If the puller stud does not meet or exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, a sudden failure of the puller stud could occur. The sudden failure of the puller stud could result in personal injury or death.
Use Tooling (E) to remove sleeve bearing (19).
