Truck Engine News SEBD6867, 11 September 2012, "Inspecting the Coolant Diverter Valve Diaphram on Certain C11, C13, and C15 Truck Engines". Disregard the previous article. The part numbers of the precooler cores have been added, refer to the article that follows.When replacing a 247-6405 Core on C11 and C13 Engines or a 286-5622 Core on C15 Engines, inspect the coolant diverter valve diaphram. If the diaphram does not have a white Teflon disk, replace the diaphram using the 319-6059 Diaphragm Kit. Refer to Illustration 1 in order to identify the white Teflon disk.
