1. Remove three bolts (2) and washers. Remove cover (1).
Typical Example2. Disconnect joint assembly (3) (not shown).3. Remove bolt (5) and washer.4. Remove optical rotor (7).5. Remove three nuts (6) and washers.6. Loosen nut (9).7. Remove electronic heat sensor (8) from housing assembly (10). Disconnect the electrical connection to the electronic heat sensor.8. Remove the electrical harness from the housing assembly by pushing electrical harness through grommet and housing.9. Remove three bolts (4) and washers.10. Remove housing assembly (10). 11. Remove rod assembly (11). Remove joint assembly (12) from bracket (13) if necessary. For installation of the sensor group-rear, reverse the removal steps.
