(1) 378-8458 Solenoid Valve Gp (7) 4K-0367 Full Nut (8) 5P-8247 Hard Washer (9) 9X-8881 Bolt
Attach valve group (1) to the tube with four bolts (9), eight washers (8), and four nuts (7). Install the bolts from the tube side flange towards the valve group. Two washers per bolt are used with one on each side of the flange. Torque the nuts to 150 20 N m (111 15 lb ft).

Attach tube (2) to the gas shut off valve. Install gasket (4) between the tube and valve group. Attach the tube using with four bolts (9), eight washers (8), and four nuts (7). Install the bolts from the tube side flange towards the valve group. Two washers per bolt are used with one on each side of the flange. Torque the nuts to 150 20 N m (111 15 lb ft)

(5) 424-1117 Bracket (10) 7X-0325 Bolt (11) 237-0927 Bevel Washer (12) 8T-4223 Hard Washer (13) 6V-8188 Nut
Install bracket (5) with four bolts (10), four bevel washers (11), eight washers (12), and four nuts (13). Leave the bolts loose so the bracket can move for installation of the fuel heater.

Attach core (14) to the tube assembly with gasket (6) in between. Attach the core using four bolts (15) and four washers (16). Torque the bolts to 47 9 N m (35 7lb ft).

Install gasket (6) between the core assembly and plate (17), using four bolts (15) and four washers (16). Torque the bolts to 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).

Install four bolts (18) and four washers (19) to attach the core assembly to the bracket. Leave bolts loose for alignment of the bracket.

Install the bracket to the rail using four bolts (10), eight washers (12), four bevel washers (11), and four nuts (13) .
Check for assembly strain before torquing the rest of the bolts.
Check that the gas shut off valve and fuel tube assembly strain as the fuel heater bracket and bolts are tightened. If there is misalignment, loosen all of the bolts for the bracket to rail, fuel heater end plate, and the gas shut off valve bolts.
Reposition above components to eliminate previous assembly strain. Leave the gas shut off valve and fuel heater end plate bolts loose.
Hand tighten the fuel heater
