Install O-ring seal (16) onto housing (17).

Install cover (15) and bolts (14).
Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 21 2 N m (16 1 lb ft).

Install spring (6), spool (7), washer (8), spring (9), seat (10), seat (11), spring (12), and rod (13).
Install the O-ring seal from plug (5).
Install plug (5).
Repeat Steps 4 through Steps 6 for the remaining valves.
Install plate (4).

Tighten plate (3) to a torque of 47 3 N m (35 2 lb ft).
