Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the screed. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Screed - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (1) from both sides of transverse beam (2) and remove transverse beam (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) from piston motor (4).
Remove bolts (5), piston motor (4), and gasket (6). Move piston motor (4) out of the way.
Repeat Step 3 in order to remove the piston motor on the right side of the auger assembly.

Attach lifting straps and a suitable lifting device to auger conveyor (7).
Remove bolts (12) and bracket (13) from both sides of auger conveyor (7).
Remove bolts (8) and plate (9) from both sides of auger conveyor (7).
Remove the cotter pin, pin (11), and hydraulic cylinder (10) from both sides of auger conveyor (7).
Remove auger conveyor (7) from the machine. The weight of auger conveyor (7) is approximately 716 kg (1580 lb). Installation Procedure

Apply Tooling (A) to the face of the machine behind plate. Attach suitable lifting straps and a suitable lifting device to auger assembly (7). Position auger conveyor (7) on the machine. The weight of auger conveyor (7) is approximately 716 kg (1580 lb).
Connect hydraulic cylinder (10) to auger conveyor (7) on both sides of auger conveyor (7). Install pin (11) and the cotter pin on both sides of auger conveyor (7).
Install brackets (9) and bolts (8) on both sides of auger conveyor (7).
Install bracket (13) and bolts (12) on both sides of auger conveyor (7).

Install gasket (6), piston motor (4), and bolts (5).
Connect hose assemblies (3) to piston motor (4).

Install transverse beam (2) and install bolts (1) on both sides of transverse beam (1). End By:
Install the screed. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Screed - Remove and Install".
