Note: Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) was used to maintain the position of torque converter housing (31) during the removal of the engine.
Install bolts (30). Remove Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) .

Connect hose assembly (26) and connect tube assembly (27) to oil cooler (28). Install bolt (29) .

Connect hoses (24) and (25). Open valves (22) and (23) .

Connect hose assemblies (20) and (21) .

Connect hose assembly (19) to bonnet (18) .

Install tube assembly (17). Connect hose assemblies (14), (15), and (16) .

Install tube (13). Connect hose (12) .

Move harness assembly (11) into position and connect harness assembly (11). Install the mounting hardware.

Connect hose assembly (10) and install the mounting hardware to the bottom of the engine.

Connect cable assemblies (8) and (9) .

Connect hose assembly (7) and install the mounting hardware.

Position pump (6) onto the engine. Install bolts (5) .

Install compressor (2) and install bolts (1). Connect harness assemblies (3) and (4) and install the mounting hardware.
Install the serpentine belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By: Install the hood and the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood and Engine Enclosure - Install".
