Install 119-7307 Plate (5) under the plate (6) of the boot. Hand tighten the four screws (2) .
Torque down one screw (4) .
Engage handle (7) with plate (5) .
Adjust the linkage. Move the lever to the center of the plate (6). Torque the four screws (2) .
