Remove and retain three interior panels (J) to gain access to the ECM

Connect payload cable 449-4613 to the payload ECM "USB" port.

Select the service icon to open the service menu.

Press the "Payload Sensors" menu button. The menu button will first turn to blue, then turn to yellow and the "Payload Sensors" menu page will appear.

Ensure "USB" drive is formatted to "FAT32" before adding software file. "USB" drive must be clean before adding software. Insert "USB" drive into cable 449-4613.

Payload sensor screen will change as shown during software update.
Once the software update is complete, the payload sensor screen will return to normal.
Remove "USB" drive and cable and cycle the key switch.

Verify that the software file has been successfully installed by navigating to "ECM Summary".
Replace interior panels (J) that were removed in Step 1.
After completing the software installation, perform the empty payload system calibration using Cat ET. Refer to the "Perform Empty Payload System Calibration" section of this Special Instruction for empty payload calibration instructions.
