1. Remove two bolts (1), holding cover (2) to tube assembly (3). 2. Disconnect wire connector (6), and remove the switch assembly. The magnet is threaded into the tilt cylinder pin3. Loosen two Allen screws (5), and remove magnet (4). 4. Remove bolts (9), switch assembly (7) and spacers (8) from cover (2). 5. Remove clamp (10), and remove the wire from tube assembly (11). Remove two bolts (12), and remove the tube assembly.Install Tilt Positioner Control (Kickout)
1. Put tube assembly (2) in position on the tilt cylinder, and install two bolts (3).2. Install the wire through tube assembly (2), and install clamp (1). 3. Install switch assembly (4), spacers (7) and bolts (6) into cover (5). 4. Install magnet assembly (9) in the tilt cylinder pin until it seats in the pin; then turn the magnet assembly counterclockwise until the longer length is perpendicular to the bucket positioner tube assembly as shown.5. Tighten setscrews (10).6. Connect wire terminal (8), and lock it together. 7. Install cover (5) on tube assembly (2), and install the bolts.8. To position tube assembly (2), set the attachment in the position desired to activate the kickout.9. Loosen two bolts (11) and locknut (12). Tighten setscrew (13). Slide tube assembly (2) until the front edge of the switch assembly is opposite the front edge of the magnet assembly. Loosen setscrew (13), and tighten two bolts (11). Tighten locknut (12) to a torque of 15 N m (11 lb ft).10. Adjust cover (5) until the switch assembly is vertically centered on the face of the magnet assembly 10 2 mm (.393 .08 in) apart.
