Use the following procedure to check oil pressure at the torque converter outlet.
Attach Tool A to the pressure port for the torque converter outlet.
Start the engine and operate the engine at 2000 rpm. Read the pressure on the gauge. Verify that the pressure is equal to the value that is found in Table 3.
Operate the engine at governed speed with no load. Read the pressure on the gauge. Verify that the pressure is equal to the value that is found in Table 3.Test for Clutch Pressure
Use the following procedure to check oil pressure for the clutches.
Attach Tool A to the pressure port for the clutch.
Start the engine and operate the engine at 600 rpm. Read the pressure on the gauge. Verify that the pressure is equal to the value that is found in Table 3.
Operate the engine at 2200 rpm. Read the pressure on the gauge. Verify that the pressure is equal to the value that is found in Table 3.Test for Direction Clutch Pressure
Use the following procedure to check oil pressure at the direction clutches.
Attach Tool A to the desired pressure port for the direction clutch.
Start the engine and operate the engine at 2000 rpm. Place the direction control lever in the position of the desired direction. Read the pressure on the gauge. Verify that the pressure is equal to the value that is found in Table 3.Test for Speed Clutch Pressure
Use the following procedure to check oil pressure at the speed clutches.
Attach Tool A to the pressure port for the desired speed clutch.
Start the engine and operate the engine at 2000 rpm. Put the transmission
