VVP15
It is important to mark hoses (3) and (4) for future installation onto gear motor (7) .Note: Each hose on the VVP10, and VVP15 vibratory compactor has a coupling that attaches to the fittings on gear motor (7). Refer to Illustration 2.Note: Each hose on the VVP25 and VVP45 vibratory compactors are connected to gear motor (7) by two half flanges, four bolts, and four washers. Check the O-rings for wear or damage.
Remove hose (3) from gear motor (7). Cap hose (3) in order to prevent contamination. Cap the fitting on the motor in order to prevent contamination.
Remove hose (4) from gear motor (7). Cap hose (4) in order to prevent contamination. Cap the fitting on the motor in order to prevent contamination.

Note: The frame and the four isolators will stay connected. The four isolators are connected to the compactor. Before you remove the bolts that connect the isolators to the compactor, raise the hoist to a level that will prevent the unit from falling onto the compactor after the bolts are removed.
Remove four bolts (6), the four nuts, and the eight washers in order to disconnect isolator (5) and frame (2) from the compactor. Repeat this step for the other isolators that are connected to the compactor.
Use the hoist and the lifting chains in order to remove the frame and the isolators (5) from the compactor. Refer to Table 1 for the weight of each frame.Installation Procedure
Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Verachtert parts for replacement.
Lubricate all seals with clean hydraulic fluid.
