Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install spring (28), poppet (29), seat (30), O-ring seal (31), washer (32) and washers (33) into valve body (2). Install O-ring seal (27) onto screw assembly (26).
Install screw assembly (26) into valve body (2). Tighten screw assembly (26) to a torque of 27 3 N m (20 2 lb ft). Tighten nut (25). Tighten nut (25) to a torque of 47 4 N m (35 3 lb ft).

The following components are installed into Location (Y). Install O-ring seals (24) onto insert (23). Install spring (19), stop (20), ball (21), spool (22) and insert (23) into valve body (2). Install O-ring seal (18) onto plug (17).
Install plug (17) into valve body (2). Tighten plug (17) to a torque of 51 3 N m (38 3 lb ft).

Note: Use Tooling (A) in order to install screw (12) to the proper depth that was measured in the disassembly procedure.
The following components are installed into Location (X). Install spring (15), retainer (14) and ball (13) into valve body (2). Install screw (12). Install O-ring seal (16) onto plug (11).

Install plug (11) into valve body (2).

Install O-ring seal (8) onto spool (9). Install rod (6), spring (7) and spool (9) into valve body (2). Install O-ring seals (5) and (10) from plugs (3) and (4).

Install plugs (3) and (4) into valve body (2). Tighten plugs (3) and (4) to a torque of 129 7 N m (95 5 lb ft).

Install pressure switch assembly (1) into valve body (2). Tighten pressure switch assembly (1) to a torque of 65 7 N m (48 5 lb ft). End By:
Install the accumulator charging valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Accumulator Charging Valve (Brake) - Install".
