Access to the operator's compartment is provided at the front of the machine.

Note: There is a light switch that is located above the bumper at the left hand side of the ladder. Use this light switch during hours of darkness. The light will illuminate the area around the ladder and the area around the walkway. The light can also be turned on or the light can be turned off by a second switch that is located in the console above the operator's seat in the cab.
When you are mounting the machine, use the suspended step, the step on the bumper, the ladder, and the appropriate handholds. Also, face the machine and use both hands when you are mounting the machine.
When you are entering the cab, be aware of the canopy side guard.Exit

Turn the engine start switch key to the OFF position and engage the parking brake.

Move the light switch that is located on the overhead console to the ON position. At night, this will illuminate the walkway and the ladder.
When you are leaving the machine cab, be aware of the canopy side guard.
When you are dismounting the machine, use the steps and the handholds. Also, face the machine and use both hands when you are dismounting the machine.
