Put identification on all lines, hoses, wires and tubes for installation purposes. Cap and plug all lines, hoses and tubes to prevent foreign material from entering the system. Drain all fluids in a suitable container for storage or disposal. Put identification marks on all lines before they are disconnected. 1. Remove the bolts, oil fill tube assembly (1) and breather tube assembly (2) from the machine. 2. Remove bolt (3) and disconnect the clip from the implement control valve.3. Disconnect hose assemblies (4) and (5) from the implement control valve.4. Put caps or plugs in all openings to prevent any oil loss. 5. Disconnect five hose assemblies (6) and tube assembly (7) from the implement control valve.6. Put caps or plugs in all openings to prevent any oil loss. 7. Remove the cotter pins and pins (9) that hold three linkages (8) to the implement control valve spools. 8. Fasten Tool (A) and a hoist to implement control valve (11) as shown.10. Remove three bolts (10) and implement control valve (11) from the machine. The weight of the implement control valve is 79 kg (175 lb).Install Implement Control Valve
1. Fasten Tool (A) and a hoist on implement control valve (2) and put it in position on the machine. Install three bolts (1) that hold the valve in place on the machine. 2. Connect three linkages (3) to the implement control valve spools with pins (4) and the cotter pins. 3 Make sure the O-ring seals are in position on five hose assemblies (5) and the assembly (6). Connect them on the implement control valve as shown. 4 Make sure the O-ring seals are in position on the oil hose assemblies and connect hose assemblies (8) and (9) on the implement control valve.5. Connect clip (7) to the implement control valve with the bolt that holds it. 6. Make sure the gaskets are in position and install oil fill tube assembly (11) and breather tube assembly (10).7. Start By:a) remove implement control valveb) remove implement control main relief valve 1. Remove plug assemblies (1) and (2) from housings (3) and (4).2. Remove the bolts and housings (3), (4) and (5) from the implement control valve. 3. Remove bolts (6) and cover (8) from the air control valve (7). 4. Remove bushing (9), piston assembly (13) and washer (12) from the air control valve body (11).5. Remove O-ring seal (10) from cover (8). 6. Remove O-ring seal (15) and seal (14) from piston assembly (13). 7. If necessary, remove air control valve body (11) from housing (4).8. Remove seal (16) from air control valve body (11). 9. Remove ejector valve spool (19), apron valve spool (18) and bowl valve spool (17) from implement control valve body (20). 10. Disassemble the bowl valve spool.
