Remove O-ring seal (3) from sensor (2).

Remove adapter assembly (9). Remove cartridge assembly (8).

Remove O-ring seal (10) and backup ring (12) from cartridge assembly (8). Remove backup rings (13) and O-ring seal (11). Remove O-ring seal (14).

Mark the orientation of the remaining fittings (15). Remove the remaining fittings (15) and the O-ring seals. Assembly Procedure

Install the O-ring seals and fittings (15) in the same orientation as fittings (15) were before removal.

Install O-ring seal (14) onto cartridge assembly (8). Install backup rings (13) and O-ring seal (11). Install backup ring (12) and O-ring seal (10).

Install cartridge assembly (8) and adapter assembly (9). Tighten adapter assembly (9) to a torque of 50 7 N m (37 5 lb ft).

Install coil (7) and nut (6). Tighten nut (6) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).

Install O-ring seal (5) onto relief valve (4).

Install relief valve (4). Tighten relief valve (4) to a torque of 53 3 N m (39 2 lb ft).

Install sensor (2). Tighten sensor (2) to a torque of 62 6 N m (46 4 lb ft).

Install the control manifold for the brake charge and hydraulic fan control.
