PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Vent the pressure from the hydraulic tank.
2 Install a vacuum device onto the hydraulic tank to prevent oil loss.
3. Access the bottom of the hydraulic swivel from below the machine. Clean all hoses, fittings and tubes in this area.
4. Remove all hoses mounted to the 415-9440 Tube and plug in order to keep contaminants from entering the system. Refer to Image1.1.1.

5. Remove the 415-9440 Tube.
6. Remove the 111-1460 Check Valves and replace with 6V-8635 Adapter and 5K-9090 and 7M-8485 O-Ring Seals into the swivel. Refer to Image1.2.1.
7. Re-install tube and all hoses.
8. Vent the hydraulic tank and start machine to check for leaks.

9. Operate each stabilizer cylinder at least six times to the fully extended and retracted position. Bring the stabilizer pad to the ground with no machine weight on them.
10. Remove the bleed plug at the base of each cylinder one at a time and vent any air trapped in these cylinders. Be careful when removing the plugs for any trapped pressure left in the cylinders. Once the plug has been removed use a small oil can and fill the cylinder with hydraulic fluid and re-install the plug. Perform these steps on all stabilizer cylinders. Refer to Image1.3.1.
11. Once all the cylinders have been bled, repeat Steps 9 and 10. This must be done until all air has been worked out of the lower hydraulic system and cylinders. When you remove the bleed plug and no air or void is present the cylinders have been bled completely.
12. If the air has been bled properly the most the cylinder rod will move in under heavy loads will be a maximum of 3/8in. If the cylinder is compressing more, than the cylinder should be bled again and lock valve checked for their condition.
