Information:
Start By:a. remove cooling group (radiator)b. remove engine side panels 1. Disconnect battery cable ground connection (1) at remote switch (2).
Typical Example2. Disconnect harness cable (3) from positive junction block (4). 3. Remove bolt and harness strap (5). Pull harness (3) through grommet to inside of shield assembly.4. Remove four bolts and washers securing panel (6) to shield assembly. 5. Remove rubber filler (7) consisting of four bolts and washers. 6. Remove two bolts, washers and straps (8). 7. Remove rubber filler (9) from around the top of the radiator hose. 8. pull air conditioning hose (10) through the grommet to inside of shield assembly. 9. Disconnect two electrical connectors (11) located at the lower left side of shield assembly. 10. Support the shield assembly with a hoist, straps and tooling (A). Remove four bolts and washers (12). Remove shield assembly. Weight of the shield assembly is 27 kg (60 lb). Install in reverse order.End By:a. install cooling group (radiator)b. install engine side panels
