2. Loosen clamps (1) and slide hose (3) away from outlet tube (2). Remove outlet tube (2) from the radiator.
Be extra careful not to cause damage to the radiator core assembly when the fan is put against the radiator core.
3. Remove the eight bolts from the front of the fan that holds the fan to the adapter. Put fan (4) against the radiator core assembly.
Spacer (5) is free to fall.
4. Remove six bolts (7) that hold adapter (6) to the fan drive. Remove adapter (6), spacer (5) and fan (4). 5. Remove six bolts (9) that hold the fan drive in place and remove fan drive (8).Install Fan And Fan Drive
1. Put fan drive (1) in position on the cylinder head. Install the washers, six bolts and two nuts that hold it in place.
Be extra careful not to cause damage to the radiator core assembly when fan (2) is put against it.
2. Put fan (2) in position against the radiator core assembly.3. Make sure the O-ring seal is in position on adapter (4) between the adapter and the fan drive. Install spacer (3) on the adapter. Put adapter (4) in position against the fan drive and install the bolts that hold them together. 4. Put fan (2) in position against the spacer and install the bolts that hold the fan to the spacer and adapter.5. Put the gasket in place and install outlet tube (6) to the top of the radiator. 6.
