The new 250-4518 Hose As (1) is part of 309-1324 Fan Drive Lines Gp .The new 250-4518 Hose As (1) is adaptable and effective in production with the machines that are listed in Table 1.

Remove bolt (A), washer (B), two clips (C) and spacer (D) from bracket assembly (E). Remove clip (C) from hose assembly (F) and discard clip. Retain bolt (A), washer (B), one clip (C), and spacer (D) for reuse later.
Remove elbow assembly (G), elbow assembly (H), and hose assembly (F) from the fan drive lines group. Discard the parts.

Install elbow assembly (2) to fan drive assembly as shown in Illustration 3. Tighten elbow assembly to 30 5 N m (266 44 lb in).
Install elbow assembly (3) to control manifold group as shown in Illustration 3. Tighten elbow assembly to 27 4 N m (239 35 lb in).
Install hose assembly (1) to elbow assembly (2) and elbow assembly (3) as shown in Illustration 3. Tighten both ends of hose assembly to 27 4 N m (239 35 lb in).
Install clip (4) to hose assembly (1) as shown in Illustration 3. Assemble bolt (A) through washer (B), clip (4), clip (C), and spacer (D) as shown in Illustration 3 and assemble to bracket assembly (E). Tighten bolt to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
