Connect hose assemblies (4) at the bulldozer lift cylinder. Install tube assembly (17) . Position bracket (16) and install bolts (15) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to guard assembly (14) and position guard assembly (14) . The weight of guard assembly (14) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install bolts (13) .

Install cable strap (11) that secures harness assembly (12) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to bulldozer lift cylinder (6) and remove bulldozer lift cylinder (6) from the suitable blocking. Position bulldozer lift cylinder (6) to the machine. The weight of bulldozer lift cylinder (6) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb).
Position cap assemblies (8) and install bolts (7) . Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 530 70 N m (391 52 lb ft).

Connect hose assemblies (4) at the machine.
Install cover (5) .
Connect harness assemblies (3) .

Position cap (2) to the rod end of the bulldozer lift cylinder and install nuts (1) and the bolts. Tighten nuts (1) to a torque of 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 10 for the other bulldozer lift cylinder.

Remove Tooling (A) and install the hydraulic tank cap.
