Lower the bucket flat to the ground and stop the engine.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to support link and bearing assembly (1) .
Remove the locknut and bolt (2) in order to release pin (3) .

Use Tooling (A), (B), and (C) in order to remove the pin. Remove the pin.
Start the engine. Extend or retract the tilt cylinder until the lever and bearing assembly is vertical.

Remove bolts (4) .

Remove bolts (5) and lay bucket positioner (6) to the side. Install Tooling (G) (not shown) in place of bolts (5) in order to secure tube assembly (7) .

Remove bolt (10) from pin assembly (9) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (8). Use Tooling (A) and (B) in order to remove pin assembly (9) and the washer from tilt cylinder (8) .
Start the engine and retract tilt cylinder (8). Stop the engine.

Lower tilt cylinder (8) onto suitable blocking. Use a suitable lifting device and Tooling (D) in order to support bucket lever (11) and the link.
Remove bolt (12) and the washer from pin assembly (13) .

Install Tooling (B), (E), and (F) in order to remove pin assembly (13). Remove bucket lever (11) and the link. The weight of bucket lever (11) and the link is approximately 281 kg (620 lb).
Repeat this procedure for the bucket lever and the link on the other side of the lift arm.
