GeneratorsDescription of Change: A new frequency meter is used in all generator panels. The new meter reads line-to-line voltage and has a replaceable voltage droop resistor. The former meter reads line-to-neutral voltage and does not have a replaceable resistor.Adaptable To: The new 7C5695 Frequency Meter can be installed as a direct replacement for the former 4W8647 Frequency Meter, which is still serviced for other applications. The new meter is rated up to only 240 volts AC, line-to-line connection. Above 240 volts a resistor is required in series with the meter to limit the voltage to the meter to 240 or less. See list.
