2 2 288-0966 Collar Before assembly, lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
3 2 4S-8984 Duo-Cone Seal Gp The rubber toric seals and all the contacting surfaces must be clean and dry at assembly. Before assembly, apply a thin layer of oil to the contacting surfaces of the metal seal rings. The seal rings must be assembled square. The rubber toric seal should not bulge and the rubber toric seal should not twist. Refer to Special Instruction, SEHS8364, "Assembly and Installation of Conventional Duo-Cone Seals"
4 2 8S-5654 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lubricate the seal.
5 2 116-6698 Bushing Before assembly, lubricate the surfaces of the bushing.
6 2 116-6699 Track Bushing Bore after assembly is 63.75 0.03 mm (2.510 0.001 inch).
A - - Extension of track roller shaft from the collar is 55.24 0.13 mm (2.175 0.005 inch).
B - - Distance between the bushing and the face of the roller rim on each side is 21.53 0.08 mm (0.848 0.003 inch).
C - - Installation depth for installing the stopper assembly below the end of the track roller shaft is 11 4 mm (0.4 0.2 inch).
D - - The clear plug must not be recessed below the surface of the stopper assembly.
The clear plug can extend up to 0 to 5 mm (0.0 to 0.2 inch) out of the stopper assembly.
- - - End play for the track roller shaft is:
Minimum is 0.25 mm (0.010 inch).
Maximum is 1.33 mm (0.052 inch).
