Remove clips (6). Disconnect electrical connectors (7) and (8). Move the wiring harnesses away from the engine and the torque converter.

Remove clips (12). Disconnect electrical connectors (9), (10), and (11). Move the wiring harnesses away from the engine and the torque converter.

Disconnect electrical connectors (13) and (14). Move the wiring harnesses away from the transmission and the torque converter.

Remove clips (15). Disconnect electrical connector (16). Move the wiring harnesses away from the engine, the transmission, and the torque converter.

Remove clips (17). Remove hoses (18).
Loosen clamps (19). Remove hose (20) .

Loosen clamps (23). Remove hoses (22) and (24) .

Loosen clamps (25). Remove hoses (26) and (27) .

Loosen clamps (28). Remove tube (29) .
Install Tooling (A) on the torque converter.
Remove any additional hoses, wires, or tubes in order to remove the engine.

Install cribbing and a support bar above Tooling (A), as shown. Attach Tooling (B) to the support bar and Tooling (A), as shown. Adjust Tooling (B) in order to support the torque converter, the transmission, and the output transfer gears.

Attach Tooling (C) to a hoist. Install Tooling (C) and suitable lifting devices to the engine, as shown.

Remove bolts (30) that hold the transmission to the torque converter.

Remove wires (32) from the engine mounting bracket. Remove bolts (31) .

Use the hoist to carefully remove the engine from the machine. The weight of the engine is 1815 kg (4000 lb).
