1. Horn switch - sounds the horn when the switch is depressed.2. Operation lights switch - turns the operation lights on, when at the "Operation Lights" position, or "Off".3. Flasher switch - when at the "Flasher" position, turns the rotating beacon on and flashes the front amber lights and the red tail lights. 4. Main battery disconnect switch - isolates the positive and negative terminals of the batteries to remove the batteries from the electrical circuit when the switch handle is turned to "Off" or the emergency battery disconnect switch is depressed (see page 3-2). Moving this switch to "Off" will shut the engine down. THE MAIN BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH SHOULD BE SET AT "OFF" ANYTIME THE MACHINE IS LEFT IDLE FOR A LONG TIME. THIS WILL PREVENT A SLOW DISCHARGE OF THE BATTERIES TO GROUND WHICH CAN EVENTUALLY COMPLETELY DISCHARGE THE BATTERIES. 5. Horn switches - sound the machine horn so personnel at ground level can alert the operator to a problem.
