Disconnect batteries before performance of any service work.
Start By:a. remove carburetor 1. Drain the coolant from the aftercooler core and elbows.2. Remove aftercooler upper housing (1). 3. Disconnect line (2). 4. Remove elbows (3) and the gaskets behind them. 5. Pry off adapters (4) from the aftercooler. 6. Remove core (5) from the aftercooler. 7. Remove lower aftercooler housing (6). 8. Remove O-ring seals (7) from the aftercooler extensions.Install Aftercooler
1. Put clean engine oil or glycerine on O-ring seals (1). Install O-ring seals (1) on the aftercooler core extensions. 2. Install lower aftercooler housing (2). 3. Install aftercooler core (3). 4. Install adapters (4) in the aftercooler housing. 5. Install elbows (5) and gaskets. 6. Connect line (6). 7. Install aftercooler upper housing (7).End By:a. install carburetor
