Position left side enclosure (21) on the machine so that the mounting holes are lined up.
Install bolts (20) .
Install bolts (19) on the inside of left side enclosure (21) .
Install hose (22) and tighten the hose clamps.
Close the access door on the left side of the machine.

Connect harness assemblies (18) and secure the harness assemblies with cable straps.

Install left side step assembly (17A) with bolts (17) .

Connect control rods (16) to the main control valve with bolts (16A). Tighten the locknuts to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft).Note: Apply Tooling (A) to all rod ends, to pins, to locknuts, and to all exposed threads.

Connect hose assembly (15) at the refrigerant coupling assembly.Note: The refrigerant coupling assembly should prevent any leakage of refrigerant from the air conditioning system.

Push winch control lever (14) through the cab console and position the winch control lever so that the mounting holes are lined up.
Install bolts (13) .

Connect harness assemblies (12) to the underside of the winch control lever.

Position the hydraulic oil filter assembly on the mounting bracket.
Install bolts (11) .
Connect harness assembly (10) .

Position both the hydraulic oil filter assembly and the bracket and install two hidden bolts (8) .Note: The hidden bolts require a 16 mm wrench for installation.
Connect wire assembly (9) .

Position right side enclosure (5) on the machine so that the mounting holes line up.
Install bolts (3) .
Install bolts (4) on the inside of right side enclosure (5) .
Connect hoses (7) .
Connect harness assemblies (6) .
Close the access door on the right side of the machine.

Position cover (2) on the rear of the machine.
Install bolts (1) on the right side of cover (2) .
Install bolts (1) on the left side of cover (2) .
