Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the front center bottom guard.
Remove the right engine side guard.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System (ELC) Coolant - Change" for the correct procedure. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the cooling system.

Disconnect hose assembly (1). Disconnect harness assembly (2).

Remove bolts (3), (5), and (7). Reposition bonnets (4) and (8). Remove engine oil cooler (6). The weight of engine oil cooler (6) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Installation Procedure
Install engine oil cooler (6) in reverse order of removal.
