Turn key switch to ON position.2. Make sure lift kickout and implement positioner are correctly located.3. Raise and tilt bucket or implement to the limit of its travel.4. Turn key switch to OFF position.5. With control levers in the HOLD position, measure distance X with all slack removed from linkages. Distance X must be 1 1 mm (.04 .04 in) between roller (8) and cam surface (6). If not, loosen locknut (10) on threaded rod 12) and turn solenoid plunger (11) until distance X is correct.6. Turn key switch to ON position.7. Do Steps 2 through 5 again to check operation and adjustments of Kickout solenoids (1).8. Tighten locknut (10).7.
