Interference of Doubler plate (2) with quick coupler (1) Radius (3) on doubler plate (2) has been reduced. Radius (3) has been reduced in order to keep quick coupler (1) from coming in contact with the stick. Refer to Illustration 4 in order to see the interference of doubler plate (2) with quick coupler (1). Doubler plate (2) on your machine may need to be ground in order to have the proper clearance for the quick coupler. Refer to Illustration 2 and Illustration 3. The two illustrations show the location of the area that will need to be ground. This issue only occurs on the 216-0719 Stick .Note: Grind doubler plate (2) only. Do not grind the weld.The machines that are listed in Table 1 may need to be ground.
