There Is a problem with availability for the track bushings on the D11T, D11R, and D11N.Solution
Uncoated D11 track bushings are now available in a kit that contains 41 bushings. These bushings Do Not have the hard end-face coating used on the D11 215-7493 Track Bushing to reduce bushing end face grooving. This uncoated bushing kit is being made available for use when servicing D11 track. Since the coating process is a bottleneck in D11 bushing production, this is an interim action to provide parts availability as needed at bushing turn or for field repair. These uncoated D11 bushings are only available in kit form (41 pcs) to eliminate the risk of mixing coated and uncoated bushings. These bushings are completely interchangeable in all D11 sleeve bearing track. The part number for the uncoated bushing kit for the D11 is 313-9125. The uncoated bushings are suitable for use in applications that are expected to experience less than 6000 hours life after the repair
