(AR) WireNote: The wire (AR) is connected to the chassis ground.
Remove radio from upper right-hand side of headliner and then remove right-hand section of headliner. Connect one end of in-line fuse to the back of "key switch power" fuse panel terminal lug.
Connect the other end of in-line fuse to the power supply harness from Flexxaire® fan control module. Position the in-line fuse holder so that it could be accessed at the bottom of fuse panel so no other panels would need to be removed to access the fuse in the future. Secure the wire harness with cable ties to prevent wiring damage behind the headliner.Note: Use a zip tie gun if available to cut zip ties

(AS) White wire
Connect white wire (AS) to fuse panel.
Once all the wiring has been installed and connected, turn on the master disconnect and "Key On" to verify that the fan compressor runs and that the fan changed to "purge" direction. Test the operation of the fan and program the Flexxaire® initially to a 30 second purge every 60 minutes. This can be changed later depending on the environment and work conditions.
The compressor is equipped with a filtered suction that is installed on the compressor. Since there will be a lot of contamination in this area, it is recommended to remove the filter from the compressor and install 9.53 mm (0.375 inch) male nipple into the compressor inlet.
Route air intake line which is 1346 mm (53.0 inch) long, through the firewall and then up to the panel just above the batteries. Proceed to connect a 9.53 mm (0.375 inch) female NPT nipple to air filter and attach it to the end of the hose. Clamp the filter and hose to the panel above the batteries. This installation will position the filter out of the dust and dirt.

(AV) P-clip
(AW) Bolt
Install P-Clip (AV) using bolt (AW) back into the battery compartment and secure to rear facing the side of fire wall below the upper radiator coolant pipe.
Completely reassemble the cab interior, install all guards and panels that were previously removed to install the fan on the machine.
Check the oil level in the hydraulic system. If necessary, add oil to the hydraulic tank.
Run the machine and check for leaks. Correct
