Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil (Steering and Brake) - Change" for the correct draining procedure.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and hose assemblies (4).

Cut cable straps (6). Disconnect harness assemblies (7). Remove sensor (5) and sensors (8).

Remove hand rails (9) and the toe guards. Remove cover (10).

Remove the bolts and slide platform assembly (11) out far enough in order to attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to platform assembly (11). The weight of platform assembly (11) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove platform assembly (11).

Remove covers (13) and (12). Disconnect hose assembly (14).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (15). The weight of hydraulic tank (15) is approximately 150 kg (330 lb).

Remove bolt (18) and the washer. Remove washer (17) and mount (16).

Remove bolts (19) and the washers. Remove washers (20) and mounts (21) (not shown). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove hydraulic tank (15).
